Depth, in private
Individual gives you the space for the things that don't yet have words.
Your hour, your pace, with the same clinician each week. Sometimes it's the entire plan; often it pairs with group.
One person, one clinician, weekly (sometimes biweekly), 50 minutes, the same time and same place each week. The relationship is the engine; the methods serve the relationship.
You start with what's on your mind. Sometimes that's a hard week. Sometimes it's a thread you've been pulling for months. The clinician listens carefully, asks the questions that move things forward, and offers a frame when one helps. There is space for both what's hard and what's working.
Our clinicians are trained in the methods with the strongest evidence: CBT, ACT, EMDR, IFS, and the relational, depth-oriented work that holds the rest together.
We don't lead with a method — we lead with a careful read of you, and we use what fits.
There is no requirement to make every hour productive. Some weeks are insight; some weeks are unloading; some weeks are quiet processing.
The point isn't a useful hour. It's a useful year.
The relationship is the engine. The methods serve the relationship.— On how the work moves
Individual gives you the space for the things that don't yet have words.
Group gives you the slow proof that you are not alone in this.
Individual is for the threads only your story has — your family, your work, your past.
Group is the room where you try the new thing on real people.
Many people start with both; some start with one and add the other. The first session is where we figure out the right starting shape.
A 60-minute first session is about whether the format is right for you, not committing to anything. We figure that out together.
